It highlights topical issues of the history of international relations and foreign policy and Ukraine's role in them, the contribution of national minorities to the development of international communications in Ukrainian lands, important aspects of diplomatic history, problems and prospects of Ukraine's partnership with the European Union member States. Current problems of historical theory and methodology are also considered. On the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, a special section is devoted to its contribution to the development of studies on world history, international relations and foreign policy of Ukraine
